I ordered a few performance parts from steeda for my Mustang, my first reaction after driving it was that the car definitely pulls better. It just feels a bit more eager, so on that side I’m happy with the parts. The install went mostly fine, though there were a couple spots where I found myself thinking the instructions could’ve been clearer. Shipping also took longer than I expected, and support was kind of slow to get back to me. Overall, my gut feeling is that it wasn’t a bad experience, but it didn’t really wow me either. Three stars feels about right.

I’ve ordered from Steeda before and, like i said, their parts are usually solid, so I wasn’t expecting this to be such a hassle. This time though, a few things I needed were either out of stock or didn’t have any real info on when they’d be available.

I kept checking the site, thinking maybe it would update, but like i said, there just wasn’t a clear date or anything helpful. It got kind of frustrating because I was trying to plan around those parts and didn’t really know if I should wait or move on.

Customer service was okay, but it didn’t really solve much for me. I ended up buying one of the parts somewhere else, which I’d rather not have done. Like i said, I’ve had good experiences before, I just wish the site was clearer about what’s actually in stock.

I got my parts from Steeda a little while back, I think maybe late last month or around then, and the sound is pretty much exactly what I was hoping for. It’s not obnoxiously loud, but it has a really nice deep tone when you step on it. Cruising around is still calm and I haven’t noticed any annoying drone so far. Install went smoothly too. Overall, I’m really happy with how it came out.

I went on Steeda thinking I’d just place a quick order, but checkout had other plans. I kept getting error messages, and at one point my cart changed the shipping option on me twice. Then my payment didn’t go through the first time either. After about 20 minutes of trying to get it sorted out, I just gave up. Definitely not the smooth shopping experience I was hoping for...

Like I said, everything came just how I ordered it. No missing pieces or anything, and the box was packed really well so nothing got damaged during shipping. Like I said, happy with the whole thing.

No weird guessing game, no “maybe this works for your trim” nonsense, it actually matched my year and trim like it was supposed to. Install went mostly fine, although one bolt was a pain to line up and had me muttering for a bit. I don’t really think that was Steeda’s fault, but still, annoying in the moment. My only real gripe is the instructions could definitely be clearer. Like, would it kill anyone to add a little more detail? Overall, solid fitment and the parts seem good. Just knocking it down to 4 stars because the instructions made the job more frustrating than it needed to be.

The parts seem solid for what I paid, and shipping was quicker than I expected. I do keep wondering if a few things were a bit overpriced, but maybe that’s just me comparing too much. Overall, I’m happy with what I got.

I was browsing steeda.com looking for some exterior upgrades, but most of the styling just didn’t do it for me. A lot of the parts looked a bit too bulky and had that aftermarket feel in a way that didn’t really match the lines of the car.

I get that some people probably like the more aggressive look, but to me it made the cars look a little cheaper instead of cleaner or more modern. I also found myself wishing the site or support had a quicker way to help narrow things down, because I would’ve expected a faster response if I had questions before buying. In the end, I just left without ordering anything

Had Steeda put a few parts on my Mustang the other day, nothing too crazy, but the install work looked really clean from what I could tell.

The shop was in good shape, and the guys I talked to were easygoing about my questions, even the ones I probably should’ve already known. After the drive home, everything felt right and I didn’t notice any weird noises or anything off.
I don’t know all the behind-the-scenes stuff, obviously, but it seemed like they took their time and didn’t just rush it out the door. I’m happy with how it turned out and I’d go back again.

I bought the parts thinking everything was going to be fine, but then all this emissions stuff got kind of messy. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really explain it in a way that helped me understand what was going on with that

The site was fine for the most part, but it took me longer than it should’ve to find the exact parts I needed. A few pages loaded slowly, and the filters didn’t really narrow things down the way I expected. It’s not awful or anything, just feels like it could use some cleaning up. Anyway.

I didn’t really feel like I got clear answers. A lot of the responses were vague, it seemed like they might have been guessing more than actually knowing for sure. I could be wrong, but that’s just how it came across to me.

I’ll admit I’m a little biased because I’m a Mustang person, but I was impressed with how much Steeda had available. I went in expecting to find maybe one or two options for the upgrade I wanted, and ended up comparing a few different parts. Some of the details took a bit of digging to sort through, but overall the selection is really solid and better than I expected.

I ordered from Steeda because they seem to have a solid reputation, so I figured it was probably fine. And to be fair, it wasn’t a bad experience. That said, a few clearer updates would’ve been nice, and the mixed reviews floating around online don’t exactly make you feel warm and fuzzy. But hey, it worked out well enough.

For some reason, the package arrived later than expected, but it was in good shape when it finally got here. No damage or issues with the item itself.

I ordered this from steeda.com thinking the quality would be better. It looked fine at first, but it literally started wearing out way too soon. For what I paid, I really expected it to hold up longer. Disappointed and I probably won’t buy again.

I was a little annoyed at first when I had a small issue with one of the parts, but they handled the warranty really quickly. The return process was simple too, with no runaround or hassle. Ended up feeling happy with the whole experience.

The car definitely drives better after the tune, but it’s not totally perfect. At low speeds it feels a little weird sometimes, lol. Overall I’m happy with the improvement, just feels like it could use a bit more smoothing out.

I was expecting it to be rougher, but for me it’s actually comfier than I thought. I still notice the bumps here and there, though, so it’s not totally smooth.

I reached out about my order it took way longer than I expected to hear back. And when I finally did get a response, it didn’t really answer what I was asking. I had to follow up more than once, which made it feel like nobody was actually paying attention. Maybe I’m expecting too much, but it was frustrating customer service
